Our Vision

From the beginning, we knew that healing is not a solitary journey.

It requires understanding, empathy, and the support of others who genuinely care.

Our vision was to create a program where individuals could not only confront their trauma but also connect with others who share similar struggles.

We wanted to offer a safe space where people could rebuild their lives, regain their self-worth, and confidently move forward.

This community has the power to transform lives and inspire hope and thrives on three core principles, strength, honor and commitment.

Become strong and courageous enough to manage life, Honor the person you are becoming with a commitment to stay committed to your path (finishing things you start).

The Journey to Reality

Our vision began after meeting with Portia Louder, who introduced us to Manny and Mysti.

They brought a shared passion for helping others and a wealth of experience supporting individuals through some of life’s most challenging transitions.

Their work with the prison population, particularly assisting with re-entry into society, deeply resonated with our mission.

We realized that by combining our efforts, we could create a program that addresses the needs of a population often overlooked and in desperate need of support.

Helping the Prison Population

The Level Up IOP SUDC program was created with helping to fuel the dream of Manny, Misty, and Portia whom  have dedicated their lives to helping those who have been incarcerated find a path back to society.

Their unwavering commitment, coupled with their deep understanding that re-entry is not just about providing resources; it’s about rebuilding lives, restoring dignity, and offering hope.

Their passion to help others has been instrumental in guiding our approach to trauma-informed care, especially for those who face the daunting task of re-entering society after prison.
